The outdoor tournament is one of the largest European volleyball tournaments on grass. A weekend with volleyball matches, two big parties and more than 5,000 volleyball fans. This year too, we as Hajranen worked to organize such a great tournament, with this year's theme 'Dive intro Hajraa Outdoor'. Huge thanks to the wonderful committee!

After we have all achieved another great year of buto, the committee would like to thank all helping Hajrans with a BBQ. This BBQ is organized at the Hajraahuis in the center. The committee had once again provided something wonderful that we enjoyed immensely!

Every year the old balls and old skins, ladies 3 and men 3, organize a BBQ to thank Hajraa. It was a very well-organized BBQ on a beautiful summer day, which included some great volleyball and spikeball. In addition, we Hajrans were of course very happy with the large amount of wheat beers that they had arranged! 🙂

In May and June, many enthusiastic Hajrans played the 2 against 2 tournament. 4 Friday couples competed for the ultimate title of 'Champions of the 2×2 Tournament 2024'. The eventual winners were Georgi & Aleksandar and Paula & Jens!

Afgelopen weekend waren we met de vereniging afgereisd naar Enschede om een hardloopestafette vanuit Nijmegen naar Enschede te doen. Last Thursday was the third and final drink organized by the drinks club this year, as usual in our favorite pub Café Costa! The evening started with some drinking games. That combined with a lot of free beer led to a hazy, fun evening!

The annual Ardennes weekend took place at the beginning of May. This started with a camel race and talent show evening that ended in a party with even a room transformed into a rave shack. The next day there was canoeing, with yet another canoe overturned and again ending in a big party. An unforgettable weekend with a lot of Hajrans!
